Chocolate Cruchy Truffles

These tasty treats are so quick and easy to make , that they are a great treats for kids to muck in with and get their hands dirty. Such a good little plate filler for kids party’s, lunch boxes and just one of those things you crave on a sunday night before work. To make these all you need is –

+one pack of Oreo biscuit

+ 2 table spoons of any brand chocolate hazelnut spread

+half a large bar of white chocolate

To start empty the biscuits into a food bag and seal, take something, I used a steak hammer to bash the biscuits up into crumbs.(but leave some chunks in their we don’t want breadcrumbs guys) . After this is done empty into a bowl and add the chocolate spread, start mixing. It may take a while for the biscuits to take to the chocolate spread. Though if you use the back of a spoon and push it like you would to cream butter and sugar together it works just fine. Once done, this is where the messy part comes in. Dont be shy and get your hands in there takeing small amounts at a time and roll into balls in the palm of your hand. Place on a plate and stick in the freezer for 15 mins just to get them a little stiffer. Try taking them out before they start to freeze , they may be nice but not worth cracking a tooth over. When cooled and are not sticky to touch you can place them in the fridge untill you melt the white chocolate. I do it in the microwave but it’s just as easy to put in a bowl over a pan with water. When melted use a teaspoon to drizzle over your chocolate balls and then put back in the fridge this time to set. They can be ready to eat in 5 minutes and are just what anyone with a sweet tooth needs . Enjoy and Keep Smiling
